Our Family.
As third generation family farmers, we're all about family, farming and growing great-tasting food. Max grew up raising beef cattle on the prairie grasses of western South Dakota, and Linda comes from a dairy and fresh produce farm in Muskego, Wisconsin. Our kids grew up showing cattle, baling hay and growing fresh produce to sell at farm markets. And while they all still help on the farm today, Taylor (center), is a signed music producer; Austin (right), is a large-animal veterinarian; and Andi (left), is a strategist.
Our Cattle.
We believe quality beef begins with quality care. We take pride in using safe, low stress practices to keep our cattle healthy. They are pasture-raised and grain-finished with as much open air, clear water and sunshine as Wisconsin can give.
Our Land.
Our land is everything to us. It sustains what we grow, which is why we treat it with great respect. We rotationally graze our cattle in a natural pattern to maintain pasture health and wildlife habitat. And we use farming practices that help regenerate the soil and replenish its nutrients so this land can be farmed for generations to come.
